When data has been exported from SkXML (see SkXML and Corpora, export) they can be loaded into Entry Editor when the file extension has been changed to .dpsxml and they will be loaded as 'Imported entries'.
The data can be edited but not uploaded to DPS - it can be exported to a new file. Once the data has been exported (or is no longer needed in Entry Editor) it can be removed by the usual 'lose edits' - which in this case will simply delete the data from the local store - no unlocking since there was no locking at all involved.
