The Print Preview window simulates how the current entry or batch will appear when printed. In this section you will learn how to use the Print Preview window to print a selected entry or entries.
Using Print Preview
To use the Print Preview function:
| 1) | Click on the Preview  button in Entry Editor toolbar. You will see a screen similar to this:

| 2) | Using the 'Printing options' at the top of the Print Preview screen you can choose the following commands: |
| a) | Print batch / Print current entry: if you have opened a whole batch of entries you can choose to print the entire batch, or just the current entry that is being displayed. |
| b) | Print Tree View/Print WYSIWYG: choose if you would like the entry/entries to be printed as they appear in the Tree View Panel or the WYSIWYG View Panel. |
| c) | Print one entry per page: if ticked, each entry is printed on a separate page. |
| 3) | Press the Print  button to print the entry or entries. This opens a standard Windows print dialog box such as this one:
