It is possible to have scripts prepared that helps checking of the data - spell checker is an obvious candidate. If the administrator has set up such a check (see the admin documentation) a 'check entries' option will be available in the processes tab. Clicking that will open up a dialog to select the check you will carry out as well as allow you to choose a group of entries to check rather than the full data set.
The result should be a web page which lists the suspicious places - clicking on these should download the entry in the Entry editor, position the cursor on the dubious element and it can be corrected right away.
Note: this functionality is the same as in the Entry editor (Checking entries in Entry Editor) and requires the checking and the interactive pages to be set up by the administrator
