The following chapters cover the areas of the DPS Website that are relevant only to Project Managers, and System Administrators. You will learn about:

How the DPS handles Project Management and Workflow , such as the necessary steps involved from the beginning to the end of a project. You will need to pay particular attention to the keywords described in the Project Management and Workflow section.
Creating Tasks and Batches.
Working with Batches which includes sorting, modifying (e.g. adding/removing entries to a batch) and assigning them to editors.
Using Workflow Definition Files to create sequential "rules" that your editorial team must adhere to.
Working with Groups.
The Review and Sign-Off Procedure which enables you to check and approve entries before they are uploaded to the Repository.
Unlocking Entries to allow them to be edited.
